  My experience with dentists in past years has been one of confusion, needless expenses, fear tactics, patronization and a "too bad" attitude if something isn't quite right with the work they've done... That is, until I met Dr Eric Kempter. From the get-go, Dr Eric told me that there would be "No BS"; and he and the entire staff have more than lived up to this. They've walked me through the entire process of restorations with no nonsense, kindness, good humor, and have answered every question I've had (no matter how small or silly) with amazing accuracy and candor. At this point I'm finished with my restorations (Multiple fillings and crowns, all done with Dr Eric) and I couldn't be happier. Dr Eric has gone out of his way to show me the care I didn't think was possible from a dentist, and his knowledge and grasp on holistic care are astounding. He and his staff tell you that your mouth health is a life-long journey that they want to walk out with you, and they've proven this: when one of my crowns didn't feel quite right after insertion, instead of telling me to "suck it up" (As I've shockingly been told by the only other holistic dentist in the Charlotte area on another restoration I had done with him... I'll let you figure out who) Dr Eric revisited the spot again and again to make sure it felt right in my mouth, and showed me respect and courtesy in making sure that the work was done right, no matter how much time it took. He created my crowns in-office and let me observe the entire process, and the level of detail that Dr Eric and staff put into it was incredible. I'm now being fitted for Invisalign, and I couldn't be more excited to move forward with Dr Eric and staff: There's no one I trust more. If you're considering this office for any of your dental needs but are concerned with cost, they'll work with you to make sure you can afford their superb work.... And they're worth every penny.   TL;DR: Dr Eric and Staff are the best in the business: they treat their patients with incredible care, are incredibly knowledgeable, and work with you on payments. I highly, highly recommend Dr Eric and this practice.
